Where Are the Books?
Share
Hey friends,
Meg here — Sedona's PA (and professional chaos wrangler).
I wanted to take a moment to share a proper update, since we've had a few messages lately from readers asking about upcoming releases. First of all: thank you. Truly. The fact that you’re still here, checking in and counting down the days for these books means everything to Sedona. And I know many of you have been patiently waiting for Dinosaurs, Decisions & Albert Einswine, Save a Crown, Take a Life, and more. So let’s talk about where things are at.
What’s Happening with the Upcoming Books?
Let’s break it down:
🦖 Dinosaurs, Decisions & Albert Einswine (Dino Book 4)
Originally planned for March 2025, the preorder has been canceled on Amazon (you will not be charged if you preordered). It’s not gone forever — Sedona is now aiming for a summer release. We’ll announce the new date as soon as she’s confident in it.
🐰 It’s Kind of a Bunny Story
Coming late April or early May! This one’s still on the way and will be the next book to hit your Kindle.
🥊 Walk It Off 2 and 💎 Amethyst
Both had preorders set for early 2025, but those have also been canceled temporarily. These stories will still release, just on a more flexible schedule.
🧬 Flawed Fates Book 3 + Three of Me Book 3
These haven’t been forgotten — they’re both on Sedona’s list for 2025. She’s just not giving specific dates yet while she works toward a more balanced, sustainable writing pace.
🐺 TBR 2
Yes, it’s happening 😉
Why the Delays?
Sedona has always been deeply committed to finishing every series she starts — and that hasn’t changed. What has changed is the toll the last year took on her health. Between multiple autoimmune issues and sheer burnout, her body forced a hard reset. After a period of serious fatigue and flare-ups, she’s now in a much better place (yay!). She’s started a new treatment plan that’s making a real difference, especially with her narcolepsy.
Here’s what that means in practical terms:
Fewer long-term preorders
More flexibility to write what inspires her in the moment
Books that are healthier, happier, and more fun to write
The Promise Still Stands
Every series will be completed. That’s a promise Sedona made long ago and one she takes seriously. If you’ve been burned by authors abandoning series mid-way, we hear you. Sedona won’t do that.
She’s easing back into writing, one chapter at a time, and falling in love with her stories all over again. Releases are still coming — some sooner than you might expect — and I’ll be here to keep you updated on each one.
Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your love for these chaotic, magical stories. I promise — your favorite characters still have so much left to say, and their stories are far from over.
With love & chaos
Meg
